South End Sliders has been in business for over 10 years. The current owners, husband and wife team Neil and Rachel Solis, purchased the business in September 2015. In September 2016, they acquired a second food truck, Unbound Kitchen.
Neil is a professional chef with over 15 years of experience. He has worked at some of the finest restaurants in Vermont including Basin Harbor Club, Shelburne Farms, Cafe Shelburne, Starry Night Cafe, The Farmhouse, El Cortijo, and The Guild. 
 His wife Rachel has 10 years of front-of-house restaurant experience, and works at the cart on summer days.  During the school year she teaches and tutors math at Norwich University.
